Jason is a graduate of the University of Kentucky with M.S. and B.S. degrees in Civil Engineering. He is a Kentucky Registered Engineer In Training and has been an Engineering Assistant with this firm since July, 2007. He has been involved with various municipal projects including water, wastewater, streets and storm water management. He has assisted the Project Engineer with project management and in the preparation of preliminary studies, cost estimates, design plans, hydraulic analysis, etc.

Jason is also a NASSCO certified inspector for cured–in–place pipe used in the rehabilitation of storm and sanitary sewers and has assisted in sewer rehabilitation projects utilizing trenchless technologies.

He is knowledgeable with respect to current engineering technology and standards. Additionally, he has excellent computer skills and is familiar with several application programs in areas such as hydraulics, hydrology, CAD, spreadsheets, and word processors. He has a good working knowledge of the operation of heavy equipment and earthwork related construction and has been actively involved with several earthwork construction projects.
