Hunter Martin & Associates, Inc. is engaged in all types of land surveying and has served many distinguished clients from railroads to grain companies, marine companies, timber companies, insurance companies, power companies, telephone companies, radio stations, highway departments, title companies and legal firms. Some examples of previous Surveying projects include:

  • Surveying of 9,800 acres and blazing of all the property lines in wooded and swamp land for a company buying land for timber production. This was a total number of 36 tracts with the largest single tract being a 3,640.2 acre island in the Mississippi River.
     
  • Subdivisions of property into residential lots (up to 474 lots) and commercial tracts including planning, design and layout of all lots, blocks, streets, curbs, gutters, water, sewers and storm drainage.
